Our promise in one line
PlayYourCup is a free, no-stake game of skill — no betting, no deposits, no cash prizes — built to be safe for everyone (18+), respectful, and advertiser-friendly.
1 · Our principles
- Family-friendly. No adult, violent, hateful or illegal material.
- No gambling, ever. A skill game with points only — no wagering, odds, stakes or “win cash” framing anywhere.
- Fair play. One real person, one account.
- Respectful community. Friendly rivalry, not harassment.
- Advertiser-safe. We follow ad-network policies so the game can stay free.
2 · Who can use PlayYourCup
The Service is for users aged 18 and above in India. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.
3 · The “no betting” rule
PlayYourCup is explicitly a no-stake, no-prize game of skill. The product will never present the game as betting or gambling. There are no monetary stakes, no withdrawals and no cash/crypto rewards — only points and bragging rights.
4 · User content rules (names, clans, messages)
You are responsible for content you create. The following are prohibited:
- Profanity, slurs, hate or harassment
- Sexual, violent or shocking content
- Threats, bullying or doxxing
- Illegal content or promotion of gambling/betting
- Spam, scams, or external promo links
- Impersonation of others or of PlayYourCup
- Hateful references to teams, players, regions or communities
How we limit risk by design
- Clan crests are chosen from 16 pre-approved logos — no image uploads.
- Display and clan names pass a profanity/abuse filter.
- Reported names/content go to a review queue.
- No public free-text broadcast surfaces in the MVP.
5 · Fair play & prohibited behaviour
- No multi-accounting or using others' phone numbers to game leaderboards.
- No automation, bots, scraping or exploiting bugs.
- No collusion to manipulate clan or state rankings.
- No interfering with the Service, security or other users.
6 · Advertising — content & placement standards

7 · Moderation & enforcement
We use automated filters plus user reports and human review. Report a name, clan or behaviour to [contact/report email] or via the in-app report option. Depending on severity we may reset a name, warn, suspend, or permanently ban the account and associated device/phone. You may appeal by replying to the notice.
8 · Responsible & mindful play
Even with no money involved, we encourage healthy habits: play for fun, take breaks, keep predictions friendly. We never use manipulative “dark pattern” mechanics.
9 · Intellectual property
We reference matches and teams factually and do not use official tournament marks, emblems or governing-body names. Users must not submit infringing content. All PlayYourCup branding and seeded crest artwork belong to us or our licensors.
10 · Reporting & contact
To report content or behaviour, email [contact/report email] or use the in-app report tool.
11 · Changes
Material changes will be notified in the app with an updated date.
